How AI credits work
Credits pay for AI-written text. Each operation has a fixed price: 1 credit for a social post or caption, a chat message or a short AI helper; 3 credits for a newsletter draft, an email sequence, a SWOT, an SEO deep analysis or a competitor analysis; 5 credits for a blog article or a full marketing strategy; 10 credits for a complete editorial plan, content of its items included.
A typical month on Solo (500 credits): 20 blog articles, 300 social posts, 2 editorial plans, a strategy refresh, 4 competitor analyses, 4 SEO deep analyses and about 50 chat messages. Pro gives you 4 times that, Agency 20 times.
If an AI task fails because of a problem on our side, its credits are given back. Credits reset every month, on annual plans too; unused credits do not carry over.
AI images and videos have their own quota
They never use your AI credits: every plan includes a monthly number of AI images and AI videos (Solo 40 + 3, Pro 200 + 15, Agency 800 + 50), shared across all your projects. An image that fails is not counted; a video counts once the AI provider has generated it.

Yes. You add a card at sign-up and are charged on day 8 only if you keep the plan; cancel any time before that from the billing portal.
Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling from the billing portal stops the next renewal. Credits and the image/video quota still reset every month. Refunds follow the same rule as monthly plans (see below).
Cancel any time from the billing portal; cancelling stops the next renewal. If you cancel before day 8, the trial costs nothing. Within 30 days of a payment (monthly or annual) you can ask for a full refund of it by writing to billing@bigjupyter.com, but only if no AI credits, AI images or AI videos have been used in the billing period it pays for. Once any of them has been used, that payment is not refunded, not even in part. (Credits of an AI task that fails because of a problem on our side always go back to your balance; that is separate.)
